Information you choose to send
The consultation form asks for your name, email address, company or organization, project type, optional budget range, and message. It also records limited submission context, such as the page URL, browser language, time zone, and user agent, so we can understand and troubleshoot the request.
How the information is used
Sanderson Technology Enterprises uses the information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the requested work is a fit, prevent abuse, and maintain the contact service. We do not sell consultation-form information.
Service providers
The site and email service may use hosting, security, and email-delivery providers to process the request. Those providers receive only the information needed to operate their part of the service. If analytics is enabled, it is used to understand site and conversion performance; the form itself does not require advertising cookies to submit.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business records, security, and legal obligations. You may use the consultation form to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to records we must retain.
